About the 2021 Sunrise Annexe Model

This brand-new model shown in the photos is the 38ft x 12ft (internal measurement) 2 bed version, but other sizes and configurations are available.  This spacious, open plan lodge has a neutral, contemporary design with plenty of windows and double front opening patio doors for letting in natural light as well as ceiling spotlights and a slick electric fire.

The living area is unfurnished which is perfect for those who already have their own furniture they wish to use or for people who want to put their own stamp on things. However, if you would prefer for it to have furniture then this can be arranged at a price upon request.

The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated oven, fridge / freezer and washing machine as well as plenty of counter space for cooking up a storm. The two bedrooms consist of a twin room with 1 large single bed and a spacious King Sized master with large, fitted wardrobes, drawers and an en-suite shower room.

These lodges are fully winterised which includes double glazing, gas central heating, and rockwool insulation pack, making them perfect for year-round use.
